I really like the cinnamon sea moss gel! I’ve bought it twice now. I find it such a refreshing and (digestion) soothing addition to my supplement routine. I’ve been skipping a multivitamin and opting for this instead. I picked up some jars a couple of months ago, both of my parents and I have been taking the gel daily and have all noticed positive changes in how we feel. I am used to having an upset stomach at some point every day from indigestion/acid reflux. The sea moss has improved my stomach pain in a very short amount of time. I feel like I can eat food and not feel yucky afterward which is a game changer for me!
