Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is a fungus naturally found growing on the outside of birch trees in very cold climates. It is a very hard mushroom, and typically requires an axe or saw to harvest.
Chaga mushrooms have extremely high antioxidant content which helps to combat free radicals and damage caused by all types of stress on the body. Its high levels of antioxidants have been shown to decrease the effects of stress and anxiety.
How to use: For tea, place several chunks in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Let simmer on low for 1 hours to best extract its beneficial compounds. These chunks can be re-used several times until the water lightens and no longer resembles a black tea. Can be stored in the refrigerator between uses. For coffee: simply grind along side your coffee beans.
I just have to be more consistent taking it but when I do I feel more clear headed.

I love chaga mushrooms! It’s delicious iced and hot. Just add your favourite creamer. I also love that they’re a local company!
Have tried others and this is just the best. Always have a teapot going. Taste is mild and delicious
Love Survival Moss gels and then recently tried their chaga mushroom tea (steeped chaga) at a farmers market. It was so lovely! Mild flavor, almost a light caramel or mallow flavor. I picked up a bag of chaga to make it at home, and already enjoying it.
