How to use: For tea, place several chunks in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Let simmer on low for 1 hours to best extract its beneficial compounds. These chunks can be re-used several times until the water lightens and no longer resembles a black tea. Can be stored in the refrigerator between uses. For coffee: simply grind along side your coffee beans.

chaga tea surprisingly good!

Love Survival Moss gels and then recently tried their chaga mushroom tea (steeped chaga) at a farmers market. It was so lovely! Mild flavor, almost a light caramel or mallow flavor. I picked up a bag of chaga to make it at home, and already enjoying it.
